Third Window Brewing Co. is housed within a restored old barn / feed mill originally built in 1904 by the Boykin family. We are humbled to carry on the 112 year legacy of our home as we mill grain and work to create the greatest beer in the world. The Kitchen at Third Window offers a sourdough, wood fire oven, and fresh ingredient based menu to compliment the Belgian style brew made on site.

Potek Winery is focused on a commitment to produce the best possible wines from Santa Barbara’s most exciting vineyards. Our winemaking is rooted in traditional techniques with a reverence for site, and a search for balance.
The name Potek is drawn from the story of the immigration of the winemaker, Dave’s, great–grandfather from Romania to the United States. Berl Potek’s name was changed to Benjamin Potter as he passed through Ellis Island in 1917. His courage to search for a better life, and the immigrants’ experience of adaptation in a new environment inspires the approach to winemaking with traditional French techniques and grapes, grown in California. Potek Winery is built on generations of hard work and the constant search for better. We pay tribute to the bravery of exploration and strength in family.

In the evenings Caje transforms into one of Santa Barbara’s most popular cocktail bars. This prohibition-era themed bar, ‘Lab Social’ features rotating bartenders from the community to show off their expertise and keep offerings fresh. To pair with your drinks, Lab Social offers small plates such as cheese boards, prosciutto, and olives. This progressive menu shines light on the ever growing craft cocktail scene…look for the incognito side entrance…
